Before talking about Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah I would like to correct a historical issue.
Ibn Taymiyyah did not witness the Tartar who were occupying Baghdad the
first time, the Tartar had two invasions on the Islamic state, the
first invasion was when they were still Kuffaar Asliyyeen, the first
invasion was with Genghis Khan and Hakaw and they were Kaafir asli, they
had not accepted
